This two storey penthouse enjoys generous outdoor space and beautiful 270 degree views via it's two terraces, one on each level. While the space, views and open sky were plentiful the lower terrace is also overlooked by other units. The mandate was to create two distinct outdoor spaces, while providing privacy and focus on the open views. The lower dining terrace was lushly planted with a columnar hedge of hornbeams which screens the adjacent terrace and a gorgeous multi-stem katsura will provide additional privacy from overlooking units. Seasonal plantings of annuals and herbs complement the trees adding colour and fragrance.
